At Possessed by Spirits we do not adhere to the one size fits all approach to cocktail and spirits programs. We believe that each individual bar and restaurant has a unique identity that must be nurtured and treated with the utmost consideration, as it delves into the world of hand-crafted cocktails. That is why Possessed by Spirits strives to best reflect the personality and the atmosphere of each and every venue, so that the integrity of the establishment and that of its bar program are one and the same.   

COCKTAIL & BAR CONSULTING

We create and institute all aspects of a beverage program for both new and established venues. Our services include: personalized cocktail menus, staff trainings, spirit and cordial selection, inventory cost control, bar systems and infrastructure design. 

COCKTAIL & SPIRITS TRAININGS

We provide training programs tailored and optimized to the specific needs of our clients, whether they be seasoned bartenders or a corporate sales team. Training sessions can be as brief as an afternoon or ongoing throughout the year.

BRAND CONSULTING

We not only focus on customized cocktails for established brands, but we are also able to offer our services during product conception and development. Although, most of our work is with spirits and cordials, we also specialize in non-alcoholic mixers, juices and soft-drinks.

EVENTS

We can provide experienced and accomplished bartenders to make cocktails for crowds as intimate as forty or trade shows as large as several thousand. Our team has years of experience in event staffing and is mobile for events anywhere around the globe.
